When:Postponed to Thursday at 12:10 p.m.

Where:Big Fish GC-Hayward.

2023 story:Freshman Simon Cole (76) and sophom*ore Dane Prohaska (78) finished 2-3 as Ladysmith shot 323 at Big Fish GC in Hayward and topped Prentice by 25 strokes for the Winter regional team title. Flambeau (355) and Hurley (358) also advanced to the sectional for being among the top four teams. Mellen juniors Marcus Hultman (85) and Thomas Kruzan (90), Drummond senior Alex Rasmussen (85) and Winter sophom*ore Adam Bednorski (89) qualified for the sectional individually for being the top four golfers not on one of the four qualifying teams.

2024 outlook:Ladysmith will be tough to beat, coming into the WIAA postseason off a share of the Heart O'North Conference Championship where junior Dane Prohaska (76) won the medalist honors while sophom*ores Gavin Boehmer and Simon Cole tied for second with matching 77s. Prentice, which closed out a championship run last week in the Marawood Conference, returns its top two golfers in Eliah Harding and Evan Lord and three of its top five from last year's regional runner-up squad.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Ladysmith, Prentice, Flambeau, Hurley.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers:Marcus Hultman, Mellen; Thomas Kruzan, Mellen; Adam Bednorski, Winter; Curtis Thompson, Winter.

2023 story:Sophom*ore Bryce Killoren (76) earned medalist honors while sophom*ore Connor Buckli (T-4) and freshman Brodrick Olson (T-6) also finished in the top 10 as Chetek-Weyerhaeuser (347) cruised to victory at the Webster regional at Voyager Village in Danbury. Glenwood City (376), Unity (383) and Luck/Frederic (384) won the scramble for the final three sectional berths. Senior Drew Torgeson (86) and junior Walker Korish (90) of Turtle Lake/Clayton, Cleark Lake sohom*ore Landson Arcand (90) and Birchwood freshman Chase Ewert (91) advanced to the sectional individually.

2024 outlook:A liklihood of heavy rain has pushed this regional to Thursday, postponing what could be a tight, seven-team scramble for the final three team berths in next week's Unity sectional. Glenwood City, the runner-up to Durand-Arkansas in the Dunn-St. Croix Conference, looks to have the inside track on the team title with junior Esdyn Swenby and senior Ben Wittmer leading the way. Twenty strokes separate the No. 2 seed (Cumberland) from the No. 8 seed (Turtle Lake/Clayton) in a regional where the third and fourth scores will determine which teams will have their seasons extended through the sectional.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Clear Lake, Glenwood City, Luck/Frederic, Cameron.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Brody Schill, Unity; Matthew Lehnert, Birchwood; Chase Ewert, Birchwood; Derrick Gideo, Cumberland.

Chetek-Weyerhaeuser regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Chetek-Weyerhaeuser 161.5 Heart O'North (2nd)
Cadott 183.6 Cloverbelt (2nd)
Osseo-Fairchild 194.3 Cloverbelt (3rd)
Neillsville 208.9 Cloverbelt (7th)
Owen-Withee 210.1 Cloverbelt (6th)

Thorp 233.5 Cloverbelt (10th)
Fall Creek 233.8 Cloverbelt (11th)

When:Postponed to Thursday at 9 a.m.

Where:Turtleback GC-Rice Lake.

2023 story:In what amounted to an elimination game, Neillsville (399), Cadott (404) and Eleva-Strum (408) led a spirited battle for the Mondovi regional team title at The Valley GC in Mondovi. Osseo-Fairchild (427) grabbed the fourth sectional berth ahead of Mondovi (453), which advanced seniors Julia Moats (99) and Phoenix Waller (116) individually. Thorp junior Carter Tieman (97) and Owen-Withee junior Quinn Hatlestad (108) also qualified for the sectional individually.

2024 outlook:Chetek-Weyerhaeuser was moved here from the Webster regional, giving the nine-team field a strong favorite after their Heart O'North co-championship with Ladysmith last week at Cumberland GC. The Bulldogs counted a 78 from junior Conner Hanson, an 80 from freshman Ryker Meskers and two of the three 81s from Brodkrick Olson, Bryce Killoren and Jacob Moen. Cadott and Osseo-Fairchild look to have sectional berths locked up after finishing 2-3 at the Cloverbelt Conference Championship, but Owen-Withee will give Neillsville a run for the fourth and final sectional team berth.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Chetek-Weyerhaeuser, Cadott, Osseo-Fairchild, Owen-Withee.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Tucker Johnson, Neillsville; Carter Tieman, Thorp; Abby Boone, Augusta; Cody Hart, Neillsville.

Crivitz 233.8 Marinette & Oconto
Elcho 235 N. Lakes

When:Postponed to Wednesday at 7 a.m.

Where:Antigo Bass Lake CC-Deerbrook.

2023 story: Senior Owen Seeber (81) and junior Gage Liptack (83) turned in top-five finishes as host Wabeno-Laona (350) won their own regional at McCauslin Brook GC in Lakewood. Three Lakes/Phelps, Crandon and Saint Thomas Aquinas— behind medalist Kaiden Bailey (75)— were the other three teams to punch their tickets to the sectional. Junior Kaden Klaver (88) and freshman Kade Thoma (94) of Crivitz joined Niagara junior Nate Olsen (94) and Coleman freshman Thomas Rhode (95) in advancing to the sectional as individual qualifiers.

2024 outlook:Three Lakes/Phelps acquitted itself well in invitationals at Rhinelander (third) and Marathon (seventh) and Coleman played well at the Sevastopol/Horseshoe Bay Invitational (seventh). Teams from the Northern Lakes and Marinette & Oconto conference are not on the Golf Coaches Association of Wisconsin live scoring platform and those were the only published results of events featuring a team from this regional all season, according to a Wisconsin.Golf search of school, conference and local media websites.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Three Lakes/Phelps, Saint Thomas Aquinas (Marintte), Coleman, Wabeno/Laona.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Reid Votis, Crandon; Nate Olsen, Niagara; Joshua Knutson, Pembine/Goodman; Sienna Mahner, Elcho.

Bonduel regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Lena 163.8 Marinette & Oconto (NA)
Bonduel 164.1 Central Wis. (1st)
Gibraltar 191.9 Packerland (2nd)
Mishicot 196.6 Big East (8th)
Gillett 197.5 Marinette & Oconto (NA)
Oconto 211.9 Packerland (5th)
Kewaunee 214.4 Packerland (6th)
Sevastopol 221.7 Packerland (7th)
Oneida Nation 226.3 Marinette & Oconto (NA)

When:Wednesday at 9 a.m.

Where:Golden Sands GC-Cecil.

2023 story:Junior Drake Dionne shot 78 to share medalist honors with Gibraltar sophom*ore Finn Salm and Oneida Nation sophom*ore Jonas Johnson as Lena placed three golfers in the top six, shot 332 and outdistanced host Bonduel (344) to take the Bonduel regional title. Manitowoc Roncalli (348) and Mishicot (369) also qualified teams to the sectional. Salm and Johnson joined Gibraltar junior Teddy Roth (86) and Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran/Providence Acadmey junior Jack Misovec (98) in advancing to the sectional individually.

2024 outlook:Bonduel and Lena, which finished fifth at the WIAA Division 3 state tournament last season are ranked sixth and seventh, respectively, in the Golf Coaches Association of Wisconsin Division 3 state rankings. They are far and away the teams to beat in this regional, which should have at least three teams (Gibraltar, Mishicot and Gillett) in the mix for the final two team berths in next week's Wabeno/Laona sectional.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Lena, Bonduel, Gibraltar, Mishicot.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Jonas Johnson, Oneida Nation; Carter Koch, Oconto; Frankie de Young, Sevastopol; Jack Misovec, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran/Providence Academy.

Marathon regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Marathon 179.4 Marawood (2nd)
Newman Catholic (Wausau) 187.9 Marawood (3rd)
Weyauwega-Fremont 190.1 Central Wis. (4th)
Columbus Catholic (Marshfield) 194.4 Cloverbelt (4th)
Marion 199 Central Wis. (6th)
Iola-Scandinavia 203.4 Central Wis. (9th)
Northland Luth. 204.1 Central Wis. (8th)
Pacelli (Stevens Point) 209.5 Central Wis. (7th)
Manawa 212.7 Central Wis. (5th)
Shiocton 228.8 Central Wis. (10th)

When:Postponed to Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Where:Pine Valley GC-Marathon.

2023 story:UW-Eau Claire-bound Spencer Lynch of Saint Mary Catholic (Neenah) shot 78 to finish second to St. Norbert College-bound Conner Krach of Newman Catholic (Wausau), who shot 70, but Lynch's Zephyrs (343) edged Krach's Cardinals (344) to take the team title at the Marathon regional. The host Red Raiders (382) and Manawa escaped with the other two team berths in the sectional. Wisconsin Valley Lutheran junior Konnor Mehlberg (90), Iola-Scandinavia sophom*ore Samuel Groeschl (96), Marion junior Samuel Gueths (96) and Weyauwega-Fremont sophom*ore Charlie Mueller (96) survived tough scoring conditions (Krach and Lynch were the only golfers to break 80 and only three other golfers broke 90) to advance to the sectional as individuals.

2024 outlook:Saint Mary Catholic (Neenah) has been shipped to the Saint Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac) sectional, leaving Marawood Conference rivals Marathon and Newman Catholic (Wausau) to battle for the title. The Red Raiders got the best of the Cardinals in all four legs of the Marawood tournament series, although Newman did cut that gap to three shots in the finale last week at Wausau CC. The battle for the final two sectional berths would appear to be a three-team race, but Manawa— the ninth seed based on its 212.7 scoring average for nine holes— shot 358 and finished fifth at the Central Wisconsin Conference Championship on the strength of a 176 on the first of two trips over its home course at Cedar Springs GC in Manawa.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Marathon, Newman Catholic (Wausau), Manawa, Columbus Catholic (Marshfield).

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Charles Mueller, Weywauwega-Fremont; Konnor Mehlberg, Northland Lutheran (Kronenwetter); Samuel Groeschl, Iola-Scandinavia; Samuel Bueths, Marion.

MARKESAN SECTIONAL

Cochrane-Fountain City regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Durand/Arkansaw 166.7 Dunn-St. Croix (1st)
Cochrane-Fountain City 175.3 Dairyland (1st)
Aquinas (La Crosse) 176.9 Mississippi Valley (4th)
Luther (Onalaska) 181.1 Coulee (4th)
Alma/Pepin 181.2 Dairyland (2nd)
Whitehall 192.4 Dairyland (3rd)
Eleva-Strum 195.2 Dairyland (4th)
Mondovi 216.2 Dunn-St. Croix (5th)

When:Wednesday at 9 a.m.

Where:Trempealeau Mountain GC-Trempealeau.

2023 story:Junior Cameron Lipinski (77) earned medalist honors by one stroke over Luther (Onalaska) junior Tyler Arenz as Cochrane-Fountain City placed all four scoring golfers in the top eight, shot 342 and won its own regional at Trempealeau Mountain GC in Trempealeau by 29 strokes over Luther. Whitehall (380) and Nekoosa (384) advanced teams to the sectional while junior Keegen Stiehl and freshman Trenton Krzoska of Alma/Pepin and juniors Mason Kubis and Adam Hassl of Assumption (Wisconsin Rapids) qualified individually.

2024 outlook:Durand-Arkansaw moves into the Division 3 Markesan sectional after reaching what this year is the Rice Lake sectional in Division 2 a year ago. The Panthers will be a tough team to beat if they continue to get three sub-90 scores like they did at last week's Dunn-St. Croix Conference Championship where sophom*ore Troy Pudenz (82) and junior Logan Weissinger (83) finished 1-2 at Glen Hills GC in Glenwood City. Host Cochrane-Fountain City might have a bit of an edge on Durand, however, after winning the Dairyland Conference title at Trempealeau Mountain with a 316 and a conference champion in Cameron Lipinski (73). Aquinas (La Crosse) graduated just one golfer from a team that finished ninth out of 10 teams a year ago in the Division 2 Westby regional and finished third out of six teams (the other five being Division 1 schools) at last week's Mississippi Valley Conference Championship with freshmen Michael Jones and Jack Vogel providing a big boost to the Blugolds.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Durand-Arkansaw, Cochrane-Fountain City, Aquinas (La Crosse), Alma/Pepin.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Tyler Arenz, Luther (Onalaska); Garrett Gullicksrud, Eleva-Strum; Adam Scriver, Luther (Onalaska); Grant Olson, Whitehall.

Randolph regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Assumption (Wis. Rapids) 196.3 Marawood (5th)
Nekoosa 196.8 S. Central (4th)
Westfield 199.9 S. Central (5th)
Wonewoc-Center/Hillsboro 202.4 Coulee (7th)
Markesan 208.8 Trailways N. (2nd)
Pardeeville 214.6 Trailways S. (4th)
Randolph/Cambria-Friesland 243.3 Trailways N. (4th)

When:Wednesday at 9 a.m.

Where:Fox Lake GC-Fox Lake.

2023 story:Six teams squared off for four sectional berths and the tussle for the final two berths behind Waupun's Central Wisconsin Christian (355) and Pardeeville (360) proved quite spirited. Wonewoc-Center/Hillsboro (405) and Markesan (406) advanced ahead of Westfield (409). Randolph senior Brady Prieve (85), senior Kyle Wegner (96) and junior Ryan Pavelec (98) of Princeton/Green Lake and Westfield junior Sawyer Gall (96) advanced individually.

2024 outlook:Central Wisconsin Christian (Waupun) was moved to the Saint Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac) sectional and Assumption (Wisconsin Rapids) and Nekoosa were shifted from the Cochrane-Fountain City regional. They become the teams to beat, assuming Assumption gets Mason Kubis and Mason Hackman back after the Royals' Nos. 2 and 5 golfers, respectively, missed the final leg of the Marawood Conference tournament series. As many as six of the seven teams assigned to this regional have a shot at advancing out of it.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Markesan, Nekoosa, Wonewoc-Center/Hillsboro, Assumption (Wisconsin Rapids).

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Ryan Pavelec, Princeton/Green Lake; Mason Hinkley, Pardeeville; Madalyn Chappell, Westfield; Zander Deptula, Port Edwards.

Mineral Point regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Mineral Point 159.2 SWAL (1st)
Argyle/Pecatonica 177.2 SWAL (3rd)
Parkview (Orfordville) 192.8 Trailways S. (2nd)
Darlington 194.3 SWAL (4th)
Barneveld 196.7 SWAL (5th)
Fennimore 201.6 SWAL (6th)
Wis. Heights 202.7 Capitol (8th)
Lancaster 202.8 SWC (6th)
Iowa-Grant 203.6 SWAL (7th)

When:Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Where:Dodge-Point GC-Mineral Point.

2023 story:Sophom*ore Eli Lindsey, senior Carson Kroll and junior Alex Ross all shot 75 to share medalist honors and Mineral Point threw in an 84 from sophom*ore Reid Acherman to shoot 309 at Deer Valley GC and easily win the Barneveld regional. The host Golden Eagles (360), Argyle/Pecatonica (372) and the Abundant Life Christian co-op (379) also qualified for the sectional as teams. Seniors Brady Larson of Fennimore and Andrew Pietyrzykowski of Wisconsin Heights joined Lancaster freshman Brady Mack and Darlington sophom*ore Olin Johnson in advancing to state individually.

2024 outlook:For a team that returns four of the five golfers off its 2023 WIAA Division 3 state runner-up team, Mineral Point sure hasn't received much love in the Golf Coaches Association of Wisconsin Division 3 state rankings. The Pointers started the season at No. 2 and have fallen at least one spot each week to its current position at No. 8 despite averaging 156.4 in seven SWAL nine-hole mini-meets and shooting 314 at last week's SWAL where three golfers broke 80 in a 314 that included an 86 from No. 2 golfer Eli Lindsey. Look for them to continue going about their business in a regional and sectional that should not keep them from back to the WIAA state tournament for the fourth year in a row and the eighth time in program history.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Mineral Point, Argyle/Pecatonica, Parkview (Orfordville), Barneveld.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers:Brady Mack, Lancaster; Olin Johnson, Darlington; Aidan Wilson, Lancaster; Evan Larson, Fennimore.

SAINT MARY SPRING (FOND DU LAC) SECTIONAL

Valders regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Saint Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac) 162.7 Wis. Flyway (1st)
Howards Grove 171.5 Big East (2nd)
Kohler 175.4 Big East (3rd)
Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah 179.6 Big East (4th)
Valders 192 Eastern Wis. (4th)
Saint Mary Catholic (Neenah) 198.4 Big East (9th)
Roncalli (Manitowoc) 199.9 Eastern Wis. (6th)
Reedsville 219.7 Big East (10th)

When:Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Where:Autumn Ridge GC-Valders.

2023 story:Defending WIAA Division 3 state champion Kohler opened defensive of its title by placing four golfers in the top seven — medalist Everett Schroeder (80), senior Reece Breitenbach (81), senior Lucas Albrecht (82)and freshman Brady McAndrew — and winning the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah regional at Quit-Qui-Oc GC in Elkhart Lake with a 327 score. Sheboygan Lutheran (339), the host Resorters (339) and Oshkosh Lourdes Academy/Valley Christian (376) advanced to the sectional. Sheboygan Christian sophom*ore Jackson Kiel (87), Valders junior Dylan Bramstedt (90), Howards Grove junior Trey Sixel (94) and Sheboygan Christian senior Nate Alsum (94) earned the four individual berths in the playoff, the latter two surviving a 4-for-2 playoff for the final spots.

2024 outlook:Saint Mary's Springs comes to the Valders regional from what this year is the Central Wisconsin Christian (Waupun) regional with designs on returning to the WIAA state tournament for the first time since 2019. But first things first. The Ledgers need to get through a regional that has as many as six teams battling for the three sectional berths behind them. Springs returns four of the give golfers that won the Horicon regional a year ago with a 317 score, led by junior Tyler Hoffmann, who won the Wisconsin Flyway Conference championship in leading the Ledgers to the team title. The remaining spots will be a referendum of sorts pitting Howards Grove, Kohler, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah and St. Mary Catholic (Neenah) of the Big East Conference against Valders and Roncalli (Manitowoc) of the Eastern Wisconsin.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Saint Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac), Kohler, Howards Grove, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Owen Just, Roncalli (Manitowoc); Ethon Moschea, Saint Mary Catholic (Neenah); Dylan Bramstedt, Valders; Dawson Wheelis, Roncalli (Manitowoc).

Central Wisconsin Christian (Waupun) regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Sheboygan Lutheran 158.1 Big East (1st)
Sheboygan Christian 159.1 Big East (7th)
C. Wisconsin Christian (Waupun) 165.7 Trailways N. (3rd)
Living Word Lutheran (Jackson) 168.6 MW Classic (4th)
Cedar Grove-Belgium 175.1 Big East (5th)
University Lake (Hartland) 176.8 Independent
Horicon 186.8 Trailways S. (5th)

When:Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Where:The Rock GC-Waupun.

2023 story:Saint Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac) swept the top three spots as sophom*ore Kahlil Rebek and senior Donovan McGalloway shot matching 76s to share medalist honors while sophom*ore Tyler Hoffmann shot 79 and finished third as the Ledgers (317) rolled past Cedar Grove-Belgium (351) for the team title. Fond du Lac's Winnebago Lutheran (380) and Horicon (406) also advanced teams to the sectiona while juniors Noah Patterson (81) and Jonah Schaub (91) of Oakfield, Kaden Sheik of Szaukee (86) and Ethan Breckenfelder of Living Word Lutheran (Jackson) .

2024 outlook:Host Central Wisconsin Christian (Waupun) comes into the Saint Mary's Springs (Fond du Lac) sectional from the Markesan sectional and will host a regional that lost Springs to the Valders regional. However, the Crusaders will have a difficult time trying to get out despite returning three golfers from the team that won the Randolph regional a year ago with a 355, led by senior Ryan DeVries. Instead, they run smack-dab into Big East Conference champion Sheboygan Lutheran and Sheboygan Christian as well as Living Word Lutheran, Cedar Grove Belgium and University Lake School (Hartland), all teams that could work their way into the top four.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Sheboygan Lutheran, Central Wisconsin Christian (Waupun), Sheboygan Christian, Living Word Lutheran (Jackson).

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Reid Ketterhagen, Cedar Grove-Belgium; Noah Patterson, Oakfield; Jonah Schaub, Oakfield; Cole Brown, University Lake School (Hartland).

The Prairie School (Racine) regional

THE FIELD

Team Average Conference
Cambridge 161.3 Capitol (1st)
The Prairie School (Racine) 182 Metro Classic (2nd)
Williams Bay 200.7 Trailways S. (3rd)
Kenosha St. Joseph 205.5 Metro Clssic (4th)

When:Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.

Where:Ives Grove GL-Sturtevant.

2023 story: Cambridge took the first step toward its WIAA Division 3 state title by shooting 302 at Delbrook GC in Delavan and winning the Williams Bay regional title with a 302 score. Racine's Prairie School (353), Kenosha St. Joseph (381) and Hartland's University Lake School (387) claimed the other three sectional team berths from a regional in which four of the six schools that fielded a full team advanced. Kenosha Christian Life sophom*ore Noah Than (80), Catholic Central (Burlington) senior Nick Delimat (82), Palmyra-Eagle sophom*ore Dylan Riener (90) advanced individually.

2024 outlook:In what amounts to an exhibition in a regional where three schools opted out of the postseason and two more cannot field full teams, defending state champion Cambridge can afford to shoot at the pins as it begins its title defense. The Blue Jays not only have one of the top players in the state in defending state champion Kian Bystol Flores, but three other players off last year's team that took home the state title by 29 strokes over Mineral Point. The WIAA database of regional entries does not include golfers competing as individuals, but it is expected Catholic Central (Burlington), Palmyra-Eagle and Faith Christian — the schools without full teams — will have enough golfers to fill the quota of four individual qualifiers to the sectional.

Projected sectional team qualifiers:Cambridge, The Prairie School (Racine), Williams Bay, Kenosha St. Joseph.

Projected sectional individual qualifiers: Dylan Riener, Palmyra-Eagle; Konrad Hyatt, Palmyra-Eagle; Arik Patrick, Palmyra-Eagle; Omri Moynihan, Catholic Central (Burlington).
