EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) —Our very own Pinpoint Weather 12 meteorologists, Tony Petrarca and T.J. Del Santo, are getting a head start on the 2024 Atlantic hurricane season.
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30, and many climate experts and meteorologists are expecting a very active hurricane season, with some predicting up to 20 named storms and up to six landfalls in the U.S. and Caribbean.
